On our credit scoring we assess applicants income against their rent, this is done as follows:
For tenancies in rooms or shares facilities where rent includes bills and council tax, your combined monthly income (if more than one occupant) or your monthly income should be at least 1.5 times the amount of the rent.
For tenancies in flats or houses where rent does not include bills and council tax, your combined monthly income (if more than one occupant) or your monthly income should be at least 2 times the amount of the rent.
If your income does not meet this level, you will either require:
A UK Based Homeowner to act as guarantor to you, in which case you should choose the option in the drop down menu below.
If you cannot provide a UK Based Homeowner to act as guarantor to you, you will need to pay 6 months of rent up front, in some cases we may consider 3 months of rent up front - if this is the case please choose from the drop down menu below.
