The purpose of this form is to collect the feedback from people that are looking to purchase driving lessons in Ireland for themselves or a loved one.
By collecting information such as this we hope to better understand our customer base and better design packages and training solutions to meet their needs.
Our target audience were those that had yet to book with us rather than existing driving school students and so to reach this prospective audience we conducted a Facebook competition with free driving lessons as a prize.
From Facebook, contributors were redirected to an article before being lead to this form. For convienence we have published this article again below.

Firstly let us thank you for taking the time to participate in our customer survey. As we understand it you or a loved one are in need of driving lessons and in exchange for your time completing our survey you will be entered into our prize draw for 12 EDT Driving Lessons and a special prize for the person that best completes the last question of our form.
Before you complete the survey we would like to highlight a few thoughts for you to digest first. These have been broken into the sections below.
Essential Driver Training
As you're likely aware in 2011 the Road Safety Authority introduced the Essential Driver Training Syllabus which in a nutshell is a course of 12 compulsory driving lessons that covers the most basic aspects of being a safe driver in Ireland. This must be completed over a 6 month period before you can apply for your driving test, if your learners permit is brand new. In the survey we will ask a little about your opinion on the 12 EDT Driving Lessons Syllabus.
The Driving Test
If you haven't sat the driving test before then the idea of the driving test can leave you quaking in your boots. In Dublin there are test centres in Rathgar, Raheny, Finglas and Tallaght. We'll be asking you a few questions about your driving test. Before this think about what you are most afraid of about the test. What do you think will help you most to pass the driving test?
Holding a Full Licence
Learning to drive is something most of us have to do at some stage in our lives. It is almost like a modern day rite of passage. For some people learning to drive is about convienence and not feeling like a burden on others. For others it is about getting ahead in the workplace or a way to open up new opportunities. In the survey we will ask you a few questions about what learning to drive means to you. Really try and think and get to the root of what it means for you and how you think it will change you life.
Thanks again for taking the time to complete our survey. Please follow us on Facebook and Google+ and good luck with your driving lessons.
